The Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier was established in Romania in 2019 by the President of the Disciples Escoffier Association in Romania, Oprea Stefan. It is located on DN1, just 15 minutes from Bucharest, in the town of Săftica.

Thanks to the partnership between the Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier and Ecole Hoteliere Notre Dame La Riche in the Tours region of France, the institute's students benefit from the presence of French professors during their professional training program in international gastronomy. This prepares them to pursue a career as a Chef in international restaurants.

The diplomas obtained upon completing the Advanced Escoffier level are accredited by the French Ministry of Education. This accreditation is granted through an official examination, where students are assessed by a commission and representatives from Ecole Hoteliere Notre Dame La Riche, who validate the examination procedure for future Chefs.
